Really enjoyed working with the company. Everyone I talked to was kind and did their best to accommodate me. The ring came out exactly as I hoped (although the mockups are kind of scary looking) and the process was easy. What makes Faithful Platform unique compared to other jewelers?

Our company was born out of a desire to serve people well during an exciting but also stressful time of life. Big-box jewelry stores have made a fortune from uninformed customers and extreme retail markups, so we’re here to do things differently. We help couples get the exact rings they envision for the lowest prices in the market. Why? Because we care more about marriages than margins, and people over profit.

Do you allow returns?

We do offer a 30-day refund period for our non-custom orders. Unfortunately, we can’t take returns on custom rings, but we will be transparent through every step of the process and make sure you’re happy with the design before it gets to that point. You can read more about this on Our Promises.

How do I start the process?

Request a free quote by giving us more information about ring specifications, budget, and timeline. This doesn’t commit you to buying a ring from us, but simply connects you to your dedicated consultant, who will provide you with several quotes and teach you all you need to know to make a wise and informed decision!

Do you sell certified diamonds?

Yes! We only sell diamonds certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or International Gemological Institute (IGI) and will send you the free GIA/IGI report with your ring. We also source a variety of other gemstones in addition to certified diamonds.

How does the custom design process work?

We can build any type of jewelry through our custom design process. After you request a free quote, you’ll be matched with a dedicated consultant who will ask for any inspiration photos or drawings you have of your dream piece. From there, you’ll be provided with CAD (computer-aided design) images for your approval, and the consultant will recommend center stone options based on your budget and preferences. When can I expect to receive my ring?

You can expect your ring to be delivered approximately four weeks from the time the order is placed. In some cases, it will take more or less time, especially with custom orders, but you’ll be able to track your order status in real-time through our client portal.
