I got my engagement and wedding ring from Faithful Platform. Austin was a HUGE help. I needed both rings on a rush and he came in the clutch! He also helped me personalize the design just like I wanted (which was a big win with my wife). Best of all, the prices Austin can get were better than anywhere else I could find! The ring appraised for much more than I paid.

Faithful Platform is an amazing company and a hidden gem in the diamond business. Honestly, I was initially hesitant to get my ring from Faithful Platform. I have friends who have gone through the engagement ring buying process and all who used FP recommended it to me....

The folks at faithful platform are great to work with! They were knowledgeable, helpful, service oriented folks who were able to get us exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price.

I reached out Austin after being referred by a friend. I didn't have a clue about rings (as most men probably don't haha). My future wife, had sent me a couple pictures of the style she wanted which I was able to share with Austin. Through the pictures he was able to send me several options that would fit that. He gave his honest opinion about what he liked and what he didn't. He didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive thing but, I felt like he truly wanted her to have the ring she desired most.
