How can I get my family stones to you?
If you are local to Lexington, Kentucky, you are welcome to drop your stone off in person at our office. If not, your consultant will give you instructions on how to safely and securely ship the stone to us through our trusted logistics partner. We have been shipping and receiving stones with this partner since our founding and can make sure you have all the information you need to feel safe about mailing such a special item. Our number one goal is to serve you, so if you have any questions about this, you are welcome to speak with your consultant or our customer care team about it.
